Ashley Kaplan is an expert in growth marketing, SaaS operations, the startup lifecycle, and digital strategy.  

Ashley has led growth operations for three successful exits in the SaaS space, using her digital and traditional marketing skills to help her clients increase growth by hundreds of percent leading up to acquisition, as well as supporting negotiations - yielding significantly higher sale prices and strong long term performance post exit. 

In addition to leading several SaaS exits, Ashley’s history of consultative-leadership roles has earned her the chance to lead marketing operations as head of marketing for organizations such as PerformLine, CSF Corp, Aerialink, the NJ Tech Council, Graham-Pelton Consulting, Leap Academy University Schools of Camden NJ, and Orca Wave. Ashley also has contributed to operations design for DeVry Medical International, Transcendent.ai, ImageQuix, PhotoLynx, Avoca Group, and iConnectiv. 

Ashley believes that her technical skills are valuable, but sees staying connected to community and nonprofit organizations in volunteering capacities not only as important to civic fabric but as vital activities for maintaining an organic understanding of market dynamics. 

Ashley is happy to offer her expertise and sit on the boards of organizations such as the Town Clock Community Development Corp., where she serves as secretary for New Jersey’s largest provider of permanent, supportive housing for women victims of domestic violence, and on New Brunswick City Government’s Cable Television Advisory Committee. Every now and then she prioritizes sunshine, the great outdoors, and time with her cats. Ashley graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts from Rutgers University.
